Terms for our website and text-messaging program.

This is a general set of SMS terms provided as a starting point. The campaign should have it reviewed by counsel and its texting vendor before relying on it.

Text-messaging program

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring autodialed campaign, informational, and donation-solicitation text messages from Tom Wieck for Senate. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. The Campaign is not responsible for charges from your wireless carrier.

How to opt out

You can cancel the text-message program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@tomforiowa.com.

Supported carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

Your use of the text-messaging program is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.

Website use

The content on this website is provided for informational purposes. By using the site you agree not to misuse it or attempt to disrupt its operation. Links to third-party sites (such as ActBlue) are governed by those sites' own terms.
